Wild Futures Announces A New Partnership With Ecotricity

Wild Futures, the charity that runs The Monkey Sanctuary in Looe Cornwall, is very excited to announce their partnership with Britain’s leading green energy company Ecotricity.

Ecotricity is an energy company like any other: they take the money their customers spend on electricity and gas bills and turn it into new sources of green energy: what they call ‘Bills into mills’.

Ecotricity’s electricity is 100% green, made from the wind, sun and green gases. With no share holders or investors, they reinvest profits into their mission to change the way energy is made and used in Britain.

Wild Futures’ Monkey Sanctuary currently cares for 37 monkeys and has cared for more than 160 over the past 50 years.  All of the rescued monkeys suffer with physical or abnormal behavioral problems following their time kept as pets and require continuous specialist care.

Ecotricity will be donating £60 to Wild Futures for anyone that switches to their energy who mentions Wild Futures at the sign up stage.

Hayley Dann, Head of Income Generation and PR at Wild Futures, states: “We are very pleased to announce the partnership with Ecotricity as they are a great company that share a similar ethos to our charity, Wild Futures. We are very proud to have been selected as one of their partners and we hope to see lots of donations from people switching to their green energy.  By switching to Ecotricity and mentioning Wild Futures, not only will customers be able to feel good about helping the environment, they can also feel good that they are helping our charity protect primates and habitats worldwide.”

Ecotricity are generously donating up to £60 to Wild Futures for everyone who signs up and mentions them, for more information go to https://www.wildfutures.org/lifestyle-giving/.
